Smiley Travel Cares.

Smiley Travel was created as a way to help people smile. And that should never exclude anyone. That is why Smiley Travel's first core value is "Travel is for EVERYONE." The world is full of so many wonderful and different kinds of people. All of them should be able to feel safe and happy on their trips. Making that happen is at the very foundation of Smiley Travel.

In addition to that, the trips themselves should be ethical. To Smiley Travel, “ethical travel” includes issues of sustainability like supporting ecological, human, and economic health and vitality. After all, it's the earth we're all wanting to see. So we should take care of it and its people as our thank you.

And of course, the work to improve never ends. This is why "progress is not a destination" is the third core value at Smiley Travel. There is always room to improve, learn and grow. And it's a commitment of Smiley Travel to make sure to do so in order to be the best for travelers of all walks of life.

"Our journey began in 2017, when a group of agents approached our Corporate Team about the lack of available supplier marketing resources to promote travel to diverse groups of clients.

These agents were joined by corporate team members with expertise in supplier relations, sales, and marketing to form a focus group. This group analyzed how we, as a company, respond to the needs of diverse travelers and brainstormed ways to make the industry more equitable for all agents to achieve success.

Today, this focus group has evolved into an Agent Advisory Committee, comprised of a diverse group of agents, who meet quarterly to provide feedback to our corporate team and personal insight into how we can best advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the travel industry."

Through our motto Support. Smiley Travel proudly fundraises for Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Smiley Travel fundraises, because this mission means a lot to its owner, Rebecca Smiley. This organization honors our client, Eleanor. Eleanor loves Disney, and her wishes normally have to do with her favorite Princess, Tiana, or everyone's pal, Stitch. Eleanor's dad also works with my husband, Ryan Smiley, making us even more excited to participate in Make-A-Wish.

When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope. The majority of wish kids go on to beat their critical illnesses, and research shows that a wish can help children build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight – giving them a better chance of surviving and thriving.

Every day, 70 children are diagnosed with a critical illness and count on donors like us to help make their wish come true.
